Time of reaction

We are available always when the Customer needs us.


For services of selection, sorting, quality control, production and warehouse support, the employees of SGP Group are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the demand is submitted properly, the SGP controllers arrives without delay to the specified location. We can modify the time of reaction according to specific requirements of the Customer, but usually it takes up to 60 minutes in case of demand up to 4 persons.

 

PREPARATION

 

The activities taken by the SGP Group employees are defined by strict procedures, as ,  as confirmed in November 2008 with a Certificate for implementation of  the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. Each of controllers delegated to perform the services undergoes the basic trainings in order to keep the highest standards.

 

CONTROL AND COORDINATION

 

When starting cooperation, each Customer has a Coordinator assigned, available 24 hours a day for the entire duration of the contract. 

When receiving the order, the Coordinator is responsible for providing the required trained staff and supervises their work. He/ She is also responsible for preparing and submitting the control reports, as well as day-to-day contact with the Customer or supplier.

 

REPORTS AND DOCUMENTATION:

 

During the service performance and after its completion, the Coordinator prepares a report about the process flow in form of text documents, spreadsheets or web application. The report provides information on time of selection, types of defects or shortages of specific components.

 

Typical report prepared for our Customers provides information about

 

  • the number of hours worked and pieces controlled,
  • shortages distribution, including types of part specification,
  • percentage of non-conformities for specific parts, i.e. as Pareto analysis, etc.

 

TYPES OF REPORTS:    

 

  • daily reports,    
  • final reports,    
  • working instructions,   
  • plans of controls and inspections.

 

Upon the Customers request, we also prepare documentation matching specific guidelines. The documentation can be handed over in paper and/or electronic form (also in foreign languages).
